Single SVG (or Silhouette or xTool) Cut File Commercial License

Are you a small business looking to get a commercial use license for one of our cut files? You can easily buy a license right here to use one of our SVG or Silhouette Studio cut files to create physical products.

Read the use rules below before purchasing. When purchasing a license, you are agreeing to follow the rules below.

 **This is not required for commercial SVGs in the Shop. This only applies to free designs from momenvy.co 

Single Commercial SVG License Allows

• Each license applies to only one SVG or Silhouette cut file. You must buy a license to go with each design you choose to use commercially. 
• One design may be used on multiple physical products (i.e. mug, t-shirt, tote bag, hat, tumbler, etc.)
• One design may be used for up to 2,000 physical products. Contact us for an extended license for any use above 2,000 items.
• Selling your physical product using the file is allowed on social media sites, ETSY, online stores, and in-person craft shows or stores.

Commercial SVG License Restrictions

• We do not allow the use of any of our files to be used in any sort of digital format. This includes using the file to create printable stickers, digital stickers, selling our file within a bundle, etc. It may only be used on physical products.
• You may not share the digital files with others in any way including Facebook groups, email, direct messaging, etc. 
• This license may only be used by one business. Each business that wants to use the file has to buy its own license.
• You can not use the designs on any print-on-demand websites
• You may not falsely represent authorship and/or ownership of the licensed designs
• Commercial license purchases will never be included in shop sales. Licenses must always be purchased for full price.
• Commercial licenses may not be purchased for any and all free printables from Mom Envy. This includes but is not limited to wall art printables, Elf on the Shelf files, printable planner stickers, planner inserts, gift tags, cards, digital stickers, planners, and organizational printables. Licenses may only be purchased for SVG or Silhouette studio cut files.

How to Activate the Single Commercial Use License

• indicate for which product the license will apply in the Google Form - https://forms.gle/NgT1MknoEJtS6P7H8
• the license takes effect once payment is processed
• keep your receipt as proof of license purchase. 
• this license does not need to be bought yearly. Instead, it is good for the sale of up to 2,000 physical products of one design.
